Well Hello Folks...
The past few months have been slow going in the workout realm. With my husband travelling and 3 busy little kids, finding time to get outside and walk has been scarce... Just getting through all the commitments of the Holidays (Thanksgiving through New Year) has been a challenge... and now, 2010 is here and I'm planning my Walks and Workout for the year.
I want to put some dates on the Calendar and get out and about and move...
So...
February 14th... Valentine's Day - Walk to Say I Love You!!!!! 12:00 noon!
Join me, and my family as we Walk at the beach.... We will set up a "Home Base" down by the beach (weather permitting) and those who wish to walk a 10k route with me.... we will walk a loop and return to have a healthy Picnic style snack or lunch. We will walk at 12 noon, so yes you can enjoy a comfortable morning with your family... have a light breakfast, go to church, do whatever is normal for your Sunday morning.
