On Valentine's Day I set out and walked to the Manhattan Beach Pier and back... 8.6 miles...
It was a gorgeous day, with sun shining, and a loving family to support me.
I came home from church to find a sandwich made and ready...
then at 12:35 headed out... "Westward".... when I got to the beach I walked the length of the pier, and then turned around and headed back.
I walked back in the door at 4:05
I am quite proud of myself...
