I just added ZUMBA to my weekly workout.

I needed to kick it up a notch... and have now added Zumba to my workout routine.

On Monday Evenings, and Friday Mornings... 1 hour of high-enthusiatic-intense dance and rhythm workouts.  I'm loving it. 

I will be adding more miles to my January log soon...  as John gets back from his business trip soon.. and I'll be able to get out and about early in the morning!!!
